At CarCamHub, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our dashcams and accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase confirmation to return eligible products.
  • If you return a product within this period, you will be reimbursed only for the product cost. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or installed dashcams and accessories
  • Products with missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
  • Custom or personalized dashcam setups
  • Products damaged due to improper use or unauthorized modifications
  • End of Clearance Sale (EOCS) merchandise

3. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all included accessories, labels, and invoice.
  • The item must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days (or 15 days for clearance sale items).

4. Return Process

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • No refund will be issued for used, damaged, or missing packaging.
  • Customers must include the original invoice or receipt with the return.

5. Defective Product Returns

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or missing item, contact our Customer Support within 30 days.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and issue a full refund after a quality check.
  • Refunds are processed within 4-6 business days, and you will receive updates via SMS or email.

6. Return Shipping Options

Self-Send Return Process

  • If you return a product yourself, you must provide proof of shipment and delivery.
  • CarCamHub is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

CarCamHub Pickup Service

  • For eligible returns, CarCamHub can arrange a pickup via our logistics provider.
  • Two pickup attempts will be made. If the pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the return may be canceled.

7. Cancellations & Order Refunds

Order Cancellation by CarCamHub

CarCamHub may cancel orders due to:

  • Technical errors or system malfunctions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect or unverifiable shipping addresses
  • Bulk orders suspected for resale
  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts (after 3 tries)

Customer Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Refund Policy

  • Canceled Orders: Full refund to the original payment method.
  • Returned Products: Refund for product cost only (excluding shipping fees).
  • Defective Product Returns: Full refund, including shipping charges.

9. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 1-6 business days after the product passes a quality check.
  • Any bank interest or processing fees on EMI orders will not be refunded.

10. Refund Payment Modes

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • If a refund cannot be issued to the original method, it will be processed via NEFT or store credit.
